The property is located on two floors, with 2 double bedroom on the floor and two master rooms on the first floor with private terraces and bathroom.  The property can be reached by electric car or on foot, as it has two different entrances. Very closed to the sea, the villa is a good choice for lovers of peace and sunrise.

Located in the locality of Iditella; the pier where you can rent a boat, with or without skipper, is only 3 minutes walk and you get to the main port and the center of the islands in about 15 minutes on foot.
