The Space

A small path surrounded by ancient olive trees let you access to the house. You arrive on a terrace where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the islets and the valley of Iditella. The terrace is equipped with deckchairs and a table for 6 people.

From the terrace, a door leads you to a large, spacious and bright open space, where the kitchen and living room are located. The kitchen is

equipped with a big stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge. A comfortable sofa bed and two armchairs in front of the fireplace complete the living area. An anteroom gives access to the sleeping area. Here we find 2 bedrooms, both equipped with double beds (or singles on request), wardrobe and antique dresser. The largest room also has a lovely balcony with a beautiful view. The bathroom, in classic Aeolian style, has both a shower and a bathtub. At the back of the house there is a small courtyard where there is a laundry (washing machine and sink), a service bathroom and an outdoor shower.

If necessary, downstairs there is also a small independent outbuilding, with kitchenette, bathroom and a patio overlooking the garden.

The house was completely renovated last year and therefore offers completely new appliances and systems. Wi-Fi is also present.

Area / Distances 

The house is located in Iditella; the small pier where you can rent a boat, with or without skipper, is only 8 minutes walk and you get to the main port and the center of the island in about 15 minutes on foot.
