The Space

Cassiopea is a villa surrounded by greenery, at the foot of Punta del Corvo, the highest peak of Panarea, which offers breathtaking views of Stromboli and the islets in front. The queen hawks and other migratory species can be observed from there. Beautiful terraces, a large garden and a large swimming pool. Furnished with antique Sicilian furniture, Cassiopea is one of the most beautiful houses on the island. The property is accessed via a dirt path leading to the wrought iron gate, towards the spacious upper terrace which offers the most spectacular views of the eruptions of nearby Stromboli. The large private garden features a hidden gazebo, a "rock shower" and several panoramic spots to read, dream or drink and enjoy the quiet of a full afternoon. The large, sandy-colored, pool and hot tub are located in front of the villa on the garden level. The upper terrace, equipped with a teak sofa bed, a hammock and a large teak dining table, offers various possibilities for sitting, eating or simply lounging; in the living room there is a fireplace, a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, which makes the house usable even out of season. The large kitchen is fully equipped, a dream for every food lover who can cook while enjoying a unique panoramic view. From the kitchen you access another terrace with a pizza oven and a barbecue. Going down the stairs, you reach the garden and the bedrooms, each with an independent entrance.

The Villa can comfortably accommodate 10 people up to a maximum of 14 people with the addition of extra mattresses already on site. The 5 bedrooms have direct access to the pool and the garden and offer a splendid view of the sea and the swimming pool; 4 have a private bathroom. 2 of the rooms have a private shaded terrace. Cassiopea is the perfect place to spend your family vacation or to meet with friends and enjoy the lively summer on the magical island of Panarea, without giving up the silence in which the property is surrounded. Pleasant all year round, you can discover the stars and the crater of Stromboli at night thanks to the telescope, go hiking and enjoy the greenery. A variety of entertainments such as DVD player, board games, games and pool mats and even a ping pong table are available.

Area / Distances 

The house is located in Iditella, in the middle of nature reserve of Panarea. The small port where you can rent a boat, with or without skipper, is only 15 minutes walk and you get to the main port and the center of the islands in about 25 minutes on foot. There is also a short pattern cut, if you want to avoid car and main road.
